We’ve been absolutely overwhelmed by the generosity of our friends and family. Baby Eberle is spoiled already, y’all!
When one of our dearest friends, Ashley Leath of Happy Penguin Press, offered to create a mood board for Baby’s nursery…I jumped at the chance. Ashley has an eye for color and design, and I knew she could find a way to put my random thoughts into a visual form we could use to make the nursery come to life. Boy, did she deliver!
We knew we wanted a gender-neutral space that focused on the colors navy, white, and gray. Once Baby arrives, we figured we could add in pretty pops of pink or lime green as accents. We’ve decided to go with white furniture — all from different collections to avoid being too matchy-matchy.
For art and accessories, we’ve already received two fabulous gifts: A screen-printed “Crying is for Babies (Other Babies)” print from Shea and Josh Wright, as well as a clever pallet bookshelf that Josh built.
We still have plenty of decisions to make regarding curtains and the crib sheets and skirt, but this sweet mood board certainly makes the shopping more fun!

So exciting!
Let me know if you need someone to come visit for a weekend and help decorate! 😉
Anytime, my dear. Anytime!
