Claire Camp #1: Art Exploration

We decided months ago that our social butterfly would need a summer full of fun to keep her extroverted cup full. Thankfully our area is brimming with creative camps, from art and cooking to gardening and bible school. So…we signed her up for seven!

This first week was Art Exploration at Discovery Place Kids. Adam and I gathered that it wasn’t as much about structured art as it was about “exploring” different mediums. The result? This exciting array of creations:

It’s hard to draw out details from our busy bee, but from what I gather, the highlight of camp was a tie between throwing dye-filled water balloons at white t-shirts and rolling around in paint while wrapped in bubble wrap. (I wish I could see a picture of that.) Messy bliss, for sure!

More fun to come next week. Happy Saturday!
